At Bigjigs Toys, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn clothing with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your package, covering any old barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
